Are you ready for a Charleston Beer Week Boat Tour to Caper's Island (with cleanup)?

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for an amazing event celebrating Charleston Beer Week end of October. We will be embarking on a beach and marsh cleanup, followed by a delicious Lowcountry boil on Capers Island. Our adventure will begin at the Isle of Palms Marina, where we will hop on a boat and sail up the Intracoastal Waterway to Capers Island State Heritage Preserve.

A naturalist will guide us along the way, sharing their knowledge about the diverse ecosystems and wildlife we may encounter. We will spend approximately an hour cleaning up litter in the fragile ecosystem, and once we're done, we will head to the beach for an incredible time. The DamRites will perform live acoustic bluegrass while we enjoy a selection of craft beer (water and tea will also be provided).

Afterward, we can stroll down the famous "bone-yard beach" on Capers Island before indulging in a mouth-watering Lowcountry boil of fresh local shrimp, smoked sausage, fresh corn, potatoes, and onions prepared right on the beach.

As the sun sets over the salt marsh, we will cruise back to the Isle of Palms Marina, feeling fulfilled and happy about our contribution to the environment. This event is not to be missed! The boat will depart from 41st Avenue in Isle of Palms and can take up to 49 passengers

To ensure you are comfortable during the cleanup, we recommend wearing long pants and close-toed shoes or boots that can get muddy. You may also want to bring a clean pair of shoes to wear after the cleanup. Feel free to bring anything else you would like to drink or eat (you are welcome to bring a small cooler). We cannot wait to spend this incredible day with you!
