Welcome to our Winter Steelhead fishing trip in the local and coastal rivers! We are thrilled to have you on board for a full 8 hours of fishing in some of the most picturesque locations around, including the Wilson, Trask, Nestucca, Alsea, and Sandy Rivers. We are committed to offering you the best experience possible, which is why we provide cleaning, filleting, and bagging services for your catch. If you need assistance with vacuum packing and shipping, we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.
To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable trip, we recommend bringing appropriate clothing that is suitable for the Northwest weather. If you are fishing with us along the coast, it's important to note that the marine environment can differ from the rest of the region. For example, during summertime, the temperature in Portland/Vancouver can be 90° while it's only 60° 90 miles away in Astoria. Additionally, rain gear is always a good idea, regardless of the forecast. It can keep you dry from spray as we travel. If you don't need it, no big deal. But if you need it and don't have it, it could make for an uncomfortable experience.
Don't forget to bring your own food and drinks for the day, and if you're a keen photographer, a good camera is a must. Some of the fish we catch must be released by law, so having a camera on hand is a great way to capture the memories of these beautiful fish.
