We understand that you want to have the best experience possible, which is why we time our tours to allow fewer people in the bay, giving you more time to enjoy the calm waters and avoid the crowds. When you arrive at the Kona Marina, our team will provide you with a briefing on the bay and snorkeling. You can relax and explore the bay at your own pace, knowing that our crew is there for your safety and comfort.
Our snorkeling tour also includes a delicious lunch, during which our captain will share the fascinating history of Kealakekua Bay and the Captain Cook Monument. After lunch, you can choose to jump back into the water for more snorkeling or enjoy a scenic coastal tour, where you'll have the chance to see sea caves, lava tubes, and blowholes. Keep your eyes peeled, as you may even spot spinner dolphins, manta rays, and turtles!
Please note that for your safety, we cannot accommodate individuals with back or neck problems or pregnant women due to the bouncy nature of our ride. However, we can accommodate larger groups with multiple rafts, so contact us to organize your group tour.
We provide all snorkel gear, including flotation, masks, RX masks, snorkels and fins and detailed instruction. Plus, we have you covered for lunch with a light deli sandwich, chips, cookies, fresh local pineapple, bottled water, and soft drinks. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know, and we'll make sure to accommodate them.
