During the lesson, you'll learn how to choose a board, control and position your body on it, and warm up your body for action with a group warm-up session. We'll also teach you the fundamentals of surf safety, useful exercises to improve your technique, and give you tips and corrections during your surf action with goals. You'll also learn how to choose a wave and proper etiquette.
