What you-re going to do:

Departure from the spellbinding Carvalho beach into the ocean with your guide always by you side, one person per paddle board.
After departure, we slide across the coastline paddling benagil direction, visiting the caves and secret beaches along this unique and radical route we prepared for you.
Approximately 1 hour into the tour we reach and stop inside the Famous cave “Algar de Benagil”
Stay inside the cave for around 30 min for some photos, connections and revitalizing our energies!
Return paddling from the cave of Benagil back to Carvalho beach where we started

A safety briefing, insurance and life-jackets are included;
All you need for a SUP tour is included: guide, SUP board, paddle, wetsuit (if it's cold) and leash;

If you feel like a refreshment, take a dive into the crystal-clear ocean;
