This surf, bodyboard or SUP lesson in Lisbon is a 2-hour lesson for groups and first-timers or special training aimed at improving technical aspects of Surfing / Bodyboarding / SUP. Full equipment and wetsuits are provided, along with optional video footage so that you can check your technique and make any adjustments as needed.
You will receive an initial assessment, where the trainer, according to the main parameters of the training process, will define your level. Through the use of our plan, methods and exercises, you will develop new skills and a better understanding of the sport.
