As you're standing up, you also enjoy excellent views of everything that's happening around you. You can enjoy the sound of the ocean as there are no engines involved. Now, imagine combining SUP with yoga!
Paddle yoga is yoga performed on a Paddle Board. Paddleboards are specially designed for SUP and are ideal for the practice of yoga on the water as they are very stable. Paddle yoga will introduce you to a unique yoga experience while enjoying the natural splendour of floating on water. Paddle yoga in Cascais combines a variety of asanas (yoga poses) that are adjusted to the level of experience of the participants, according to their abilities and prior experience with yoga.
