We start the tour at 23h so that we’re in the perfect position for the fireworks at midnight. Boarding is at 22h30 at Doca de Santo Amaro, Lisboa.
The cruises operate in most weather conditions. The boats have covered areas. As it can be cooler on the river, we recommend bringing a jacket. If the cruise is cancelled for safety reasons, your booking can be rescheduled or fully refunded.
Yes. Cancellations made before October 31st receive a 70% refund; before November 30th, a 50% refund; and less than a month before the event, no refund is available. If the cruise is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or a technical issue with the boat, a full refund will be issued, although no additional compensation will be paid.
