The trip starts with a brief lesson on land about how to use a paddle board. After that, the instructor will take the group out on the bay, which has waist-deep water and is good for paddlers of all skill levels. If you wish, he'll even take your picture! Anyone staying in Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, or North Bethany will find our stand easy to get to. If it's too windy, you may be able to take the trip in a kayak, which can handle the wind better. Otherwise, excursions will be re-routed to the Broadkill River in Milton.
We suggest you bring a waterproof pouch, sunglasses straps, a towel, a change of clothes, water to drink, sunscreen, and a tip for your guide. A bathing suit or board shorts, a rashguard, and water booties are the best options you can wear for this adventure.
After 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, you can park for free on Dagsworthy Street. It costs $3 per hour to park at North Beach. Monday Night is Family Friendly. Since this place is a restaurant and bar, people come here in the evenings to drink and party and the bar is closed on Monday nights.
