Are you ready for a Stand Up Tour in Manaus?

Stand Up Paddling Tour in the Amazon, is practiced in the water of the Rio Negro “Tarumã” Near the resort Setur. Our classes take approximately two hours, including a brief summary. Tarumã has shallow water, so people who don't know how to swim very well have nothing to fear, we also have life jackets.
This activity is recommended for people of all ages, who have no history of knee or back problems. This activity requires you to keep your body in a straight, rigid position with your knees bent a little. The beach where the class will be given is in Tarumã and is chosen by the instructor, according to the water conditions.
