Are you ready to go coasteering the Algarve’s coastline?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Never heard of coasteering? Well, if you like adrenaline and the ocean, why not give it a try? Coasteering the in the Algarve is a true\u00a0boost of adrenaline while you\u2019re progressing in between the coastline and the ocean<\/strong>.\u00a0Coasteering<\/a> is swimming, walking, jumping from cliffs and a lot of fun. Coasteering is the perfect outdoor activity for active people visiting the western Algarve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you join us for this coasteering adventure, we will take you to our stunning location for this activity, located in the natural park of the Costa Vicentina, right between Sagres <\/a>and Lagos<\/strong>. You can meet us in Raposeira <\/strong>at our meeting point, or we provide pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After getting ready with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and shoes, assessing the conditions and a safety briefing, we\u2019re ready for some true adventure. We\u2019ll walk down to the water\u2019s edge and start our route exploring the coastline, hidden beaches, amazing cliffs, rock formations and clear ocean<\/strong> waters. With our local and experienced guide, you\u2019ll also be learning about the marine environment and some local traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basically, you\u2019ll spend half a day swimming in the ocean, inside sea caves, climbing and walking along the rocky shoreline and doing some cliff jumping.<\/strong> We can even jump inside the grottoes. We believe this is the perfect activity to do together with a group of friends or family, or even a team-building experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all the action, we\u2019ll walk back over the cliffs along the coastal path for a scenic experience while chatting about your session. The total duration of this experience varies between 3 and 4 hours<\/strong>. Please mention the age, height and weight of all participants in the notes upon booking (to choose the right gear).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All gear is included in the experience, so all you need is your bathing suit. And don\u2019t forget sunscreen. Watches and jewelry can stay at home and for girls, it\u2019s recommended to use a ponytail.<\/p> <\/div>

Where can I store my belongings during the tour?\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>

You can store your belongings in your own (rental) car or with the guides, in their van. Camera-wise, no worries; the guides will take some stunning pictures and send them to you per email!<\/p> <\/div>

Is this tour suitable for people who\u2019ve never done this experience?\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes, this coasteering experience is designed for beginners. There will be a brief safety briefing to learn about the do\u2019s and don\u2019ts and the best ways to jump.<\/p> <\/div>

Do I need to jump from the highest cliffs?<\/strong><\/strong>

No. This is one of the nice things about this activity. You can jump from as high as you like as you can always climb down a bit. No pressure \ud83d\ude09<\/p> <\/div>
