Cameo Shores Beach
Cameo Shores Beach is a sandy beach that is only accessible via a trail if you’re not part of the Cameo Shores Beach community. There’s also a popular cliff jumping spot right next to Cameo Shores Beach, but don’t try it out unless you’re there with someone local! Birdwatchers will also be able to observe some interesting species on the walk over to the beach!
Little Treasure Cove
Unique rock formations formed this little sea cave that can be visited best at low tide. It is located right beneath the Treasure Cove observation platform, and you can also enjoy a bit of sandy beach at low tide. There are also tide pools around the cave, along with some impressive cliffs all around. It’s part of Crystal Cove State Park, which means it remains rather untouched and a true piece of paradise. If you walk on the trail leading to Little Treasure Cove, you might even be able to spot whales or dolphins in the sea right in front of you!
