Would you like to learn how to sail? Visiting Lisbon soon? Maybe you could combine the two and learn sailing in Lisbon! In fact, Lisbon is the right location to learn sailing. The city has very strong ties to the ocean and sailing and there are many sailing clubs. Sailing clubs can be found from Lisbon all along the coastline to Cascais.
This “learn sailing in Lisbon” experience takes place in the surrounding of the marina of departure. According to the conditions of wind and tide, you can go out the “Barra do Tejo” passing the “Bugio” lighthouse seaward or alternatively make a beautiful approach into Lisbon. The idea is that you feel the river and the boat and learn about how to maneuver the vessel in a fun and relaxed way.
Our experienced crew will make sure you will learn the basics of sailing and participate in the entire maneuver of the vessel. You can join a sailing lesson in progress by joining other students which may give you a very nice learning experience by sharing. Or alternatively, you can integrate days especially dedicated to “learn sailing in Lisbon” groups.
This experience takes approximately 4 hours. The experience will be adapted to your level of experience and interest.We offer you the possibility to try and learn this unique sport and we supply support and gear for all levels of experience.
