The tour is run by a <strong>local group of family and friends<\/strong>, who are all from Lagos. So they are the perfect crew to take you out on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\">dolphin watching tour in Lagos<\/a> since they love what they do and also love to <strong>share their knowledge about the sea and dolphins<\/strong> with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The boat is a very modern <strong>RIB<\/strong>! It has a lot of <strong>power<\/strong> and can go really <strong>fast<\/strong>, yet at the same time, it\u2019s <strong>surprisingly stable and very comfortable<\/strong>. You can tell it was chosen with much love and to provide clients with a safe and enjoyable dolphin watching trip!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/seabookings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolphins-Lagos3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13588 smush-dimensions\" width=\"1024\" style=\"--smush-image-width: 1024px; --smush-image-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Taking pictures of the dolphins is not easy, but you may be lucky!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We took our seats on the boat and off we went to look for dolphins in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/destination\/portugal\/35-lagos\/\">Lagos<\/a>. Once we passed the Marina of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/destination\/portugal\/35-lagos\/\">Lagos<\/a>, the boat took up the speed and <strong>we raced over the sea<\/strong>. It was a day with perfect conditions: <strong>no wind, no waves and a really glassy sea!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding the wild dolphins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the experienced crew, it didn\u2019t take long until we found our first group of dolphins. It was a rather small one, about <strong>10 dolphins<\/strong>. However, there were a few <strong>baby dolphins<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of them, so we were told, must\u2019ve been born no longer than 2 or 3 days ago, as it was still really tiny! It was the <strong>smallest baby dolphin I have ever seen<\/strong>, and surely a lovely sight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/seabookings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolphins-Lagos2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13587 smush-dimensions\" width=\"1024\" style=\"--smush-image-width: 1024px; --smush-image-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/a><figcaption>The ride itself is a true adventure!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our skippers slowed down the boat so <strong>we could stand up to get a better look <\/strong>at the dolphins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dolphins would swim underneath our boat and jump up next to it, so we could observe them really <strong>closely. <\/strong>We had some questions about how dolphins bread, and the skippers were happy to provide us with all the answers!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We stayed for a while with this small pod of dolphins, enjoying the view of them <strong>swimming and jumping around in freedom<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While they continued their journey, so did we. The skippers decided to go a bit further west to look for a bigger pod of dolphins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/seabookings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolphins-Lagos4-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13589 smush-dimensions\" width=\"1024\" style=\"--smush-image-width: 1024px; --smush-image-aspect-ratio: 1024\/684;\" \/><\/a><figcaption>The water was very calm!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And a bigger pod we did find! While the first group was already very beautiful and special, <strong>this group of about 50 dolphins was simply huge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They were all around, wherever you looked you could see fins coming out of the water and dolphins jumping around!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dolphins of this pod seemed even more adventurous than the first one! About 10 of them even <strong>surfed the waves behind our boat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t even know where to look, as there were so many dolphins in every direction! It was simply impressive and definitely my most adventurous encounter with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/destination\/portugal\/35-lagos\/\">delfines en Lagos<\/a>!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-instagram wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B0YniAwnCjU\/\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We stayed for a while, with dolphins jumping up really close to our boat. It seemed like they were doing a <strong>show<\/strong> for us and they enjoyed it a lot showing us how high they could jump. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was really special seeing so many dolphins together, <strong>swimming in the sea and just enjoying their life!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de esto <strong>magical encounter<\/strong>, it was time to return back to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/destination\/portugal\/35-lagos\/\">Lagos<\/a>. We were west from Lagos, so on the way back we actually drove past some of the main attractions of the coast, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/destination\/portugal\/47-praia-da-luz\/\">Praia da Luz<\/a>, Praia Porto de M\u00f3s and of course the famous <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.seabookings.com\/activities\/ponta-da-piedade-boat-tour-in-lagos\">Ponta da Piedade<\/a><\/strong>. Our skipper also decided to show us how much power the boat really had!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He went <strong>full-speed in front of the beautiful beaches of Lagos<\/strong>, doing steep curves and slides that made us scream with excitement! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It actually felt like riding on a rollercoaster and was definitely a fun ending to this incredible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\">dolphin watching tour in Lagos<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/seabookings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dolphin_watching_golfinhos_algarve_28-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13593 smush-dimensions\" width=\"1024\" style=\"--smush-image-width: 1024px; --smush-image-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Wild dolphins in the middle of the sea&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortly before we reached the entrance to the Marina, the boat slowed down and we were <strong>back to \u201creality\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After coming off the boat, it actually felt like we had been in a different place for the duration of the tour and were now landing in real life again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seabookings.com\/es\/experience\/dolphin-tour-in-lagos\/\">dolphin watching tour in Lagos<\/a> was definitely a <strong>highlight<\/strong> for me and my friend.
