Are you ready for a Master Freediver Course in Riviera Beach?
If your an advanced freediver looking to take your training to the next level, this Master Freediver Course in Riviera Beach is for you! Through focused sessions that usually take about 3 days, you'll bring your static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight skills to the next level.
During this course you will develop knowledge about nutrition, relaxation and advanced breathing techniques, confined water session to improve static and dynamic apnea attempts, including a no fins dynamic apnea. The goal of this course is static apnea of 3 minutes, 30 seconds and dynamic apnea of 70 metres/230 feet. The open water sessions to practice mouthfill equalization and perform warm-up and workup dives for free immersion and constant weight freediving. The goal is a constant weight freedive of 32 metres/105 feet.
To join this course you must be at least 18 years old, have a PADI Advanced Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization) and also a EFR certified (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months (we offer EFR training as an add on during the course if you need to complete this).
