Are you ready for Coasteering for Families in the Algarve?
Are you looking for an adventure route suitable for kids aged 8 and above? Look no further than our Kids Coasteering tour! This super fun adventure involves cliff jumping, swimming, climbing, and walking along the rocky shoreline near Sagres and Lagos, in the Algarve region.
Our Kids Coasteering tour is just like our famous 'adults' Coasteering, but done in an easier and safer part of the coast, which has more exit points, less climbing, and swimming. There are even more jumping spots than the adults' version, but between 0-5 meters high, and one with 8 meters for the more experienced.
Adults and teenagers will also enjoy this route, as there are plenty of adventures and challenges for everyone. Our stunning Coasteering location is right in the beautiful Natural Park of Costa Vicentina, between Sagres and Lagos, just south of the small village of Raposeira.
Once you're ready with the necessary equipment - wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, and shoes - we'll give you a safety briefing, and then we'll walk down to the water's edge to start our route exploring the coastline. You will be swimming in the ocean, inside sea caves, climbing some easy rocks and cliffs, walking over the rocky shores, and cliff-jumping in a variety of spots. We'll start with some small jumps for practice and fun, and later, some higher jumps for a great challenge and adrenaline rush!
Pictures and videos are included in this tour, and our guides will take them for you, and you'll receive them by email afterwards. This tour is ideal for families who like adventure, swimming, and jumping in the sea, with children aged 8 years and older.
