Join us for group or private surf lessons in the beautiful Algarve. We welcome complete beginners and experienced surfers who want to improve. Our friendly surf coaches pick you up from Lagos, Praia da Luz, or Burgau and take you to the best surf spots on the South or West Coast – depending on the waves.

We have been teaching surfing in Lagos since 2008. Our main coach has over 30 years of surfing and more than 18 years of teaching experience. Our younger instructors are passionate surfers, full of energy, and trained to teach beginners and intermediates with care and professionalism.
Your surf day
We pick you up around 9–10 am. Then we drive to the beach with the best waves for the day. When we arrive, you get all the equipment you need. We explain the safety rules, warm up together, and practice on the sand before heading into the water.
The lesson lasts about 2.5 hours. After surfing, you can relax or grab a drink at a beach café. We then drive you back to Lagos, arriving between 1–3 pm depending on the surf spot.
Important: Kids under 14 must have an adult with them in group lessons. Without an adult, kids under 14 should join a private lesson.
