Are you ready for a SUP Yoga Class in Destin?
This SUP Yoga Class in Destin is perfect for bachelorette parties, church groups, birthdays, team building, corporate parties or anyone who wants to try some yoga on the sea. Our SUP Yoga classes taught by a certified SUP Yoga instructor with many years of experience and designed to meet any level of fitness or experience when it comes to Paddle or Yoga.
SUP Yoga begins on the beach where we show you the basics of paddle technique before we get on the water together. After we paddle out, the yoga part begins with gentle stretches in seated postures. The flow will incorporate standing poses to offer a bit more challenge and to improve our balance, strength and alignment on the board.
You will soak in the benefits of your practice in reclined postures and end in a sweet Savasana submersed in nature and sun. Take your Sun Salutations on top of the board so they become fresh, fun, and adventurous! The limit for each class is 8 people and the age requirement is 13 years old. The yoga class takes about 1 hour and then you have another hour to enjoy the SUP.
