With 8 lessons, each lasting 3,5 hours, you will be taught by certified instructors in First 7.5 boats, along with a small group of 4 or 5 students. Upon completion, you'll have all the basics to sail autonomously, with the monitoring of a skipper.
Remember to bring your sunscreen, windproof jacket, water, and trainers. The minimum age requirement is 14 years and the course is suitable for those with reduced mobility. You'll be sailing between the mouth of the Douro River and the riverside areas, with a possible exit to the sea.
