A professional mermaid instructor will give you a private, one-on-one swimming lesson in a mermaid tail of your choice, as well as teach you tips & tricks to help you improve your mermaid technique. During the ocean mermaid swimming lesson in Maui, you will learn about sailors' tales, mermaid mythology, and stories of magical sea creatures long forgotten - all while taking in extraordinary coastal views of Haleakala, Molokini, Pu'u O'lai, and the neighboring islands.
All lessons take place in the calm, shallow, and protected cove of Makena Bay in South Maui. All guests must be over 6 years old and comfortable swimming in the ocean. Smallest tail size available is a children's 6. Smallest monofin is children's size 1-4 (Jr 9 -13 when wearing inserted foam pads inside the foot pockets).
